Navision Training FAQsHow do I pay for these CDs?Currently we accept Credit Cards or Pay Pal Transfers directly on our WEB site. We will include
the "Paid in Full" Invoice when we send the physical CD(s) to you.
What do I do if I am not satisfied?We have a very simple 90 day return policy. Based on the evaluations received from past customers, we believe our Training Materials will meet or exceed your expectations. If you feel the class you took did not cover the topics outlined in the course description, send us a detailed written explanation within 30 days, along with suggested improvements to the class. We will consider your request and may issue a credit for additional classes, or refund your purchase price less a 10% re-stocking fee. You will receive a decision within 10 days of your written (e-mail) request. All sales are final after 90 days. How are your CD classes different than live classroom training?It is true that classroom training is more interactive with a teacher who can instantly answer your questions. But the problem with classroom training is that you have to show up on the exact date, time, and location of the class. Our concept is that you can start and stop the class with a click of the mouse. Also, you can re-watch any Segments. You can't rewind in a live class. Will these "Self-Study" Classes help me prepare for the classroom training at my local VAR?These CD classes are excellent as warm up material before your VAR's class. They are also good as re-enforcement material after your VAR's class. Will I need any other training other than your CD Classes?Yes! Remember our training is all called "Getting Started". You can reduce your cost of implementation if you take the time to learn the materials on the CD before you bring in your VAR for One-on-One training. What are the hardware requirements?These classes come on a CD. You will need a computer with a CD Player or DVD Player that will also pay a CD. All the movies have an audio track with the instructor's voice, so you will need speakers or a headphone if you don't want to bother people around you. What language are they recorded in?All classes are in English. What version of Navision are they recorded in?Most of our classes are in Version 4.0. The Report Writer class was recorded with version 3.7, but it was recorded from the Object Designer area so it does not matter which version you have. We do have a Getting Started with Navision in Version 3.7 if you request it. Will it really take all day for the "Getting Started with Navision"?Yes, even though it says "Getting Started" we really take you into some detail transaction posting and then following the transaction through the system.
